Return and Exchange Policy – Nighty Fairy
At Nighty Fairy, we are dedicated to ensuring that your shopping experience is nothing short of exceptional. We understand that there may be occasions when returns or exchanges are necessary, whether it's due to defects, order errors, or size-related issues. To help you navigate these situations smoothly, please carefully review our return and exchange policy, which outlines the conditions and procedures involved.
Exchange Conditions for Defects or Issues:
Eligibility:
- Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Provide proof of shipment.
- Present the original invoice.
- Include clear pictures showcasing the product's defect or issue.
- Used products are not eligible for exchange.
- There are no exchange charges for defective or problematic items.
Exchange Conditions for Customer Errors:
Eligibility:
- Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Provide proof of shipment.
- Present the original invoice.
- Include a real picture of the product.
- Used products are not eligible for exchange.
- A charge of Rs 350 will apply for exchanges resulting from customer mistakes.

Eligibility:
- Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Provide proof of shipment.
- Present the original invoice.
- Include a real picture of the product.
- Used products are not eligible for exchange.
- If the size issue is due to our mistake, the exchange is free of charge.
- If the customer wishes to exchange sizes based on their preference, a charge of Rs 350 will apply.
Color, Size, and Fabric Variations.
Please note that slight variations in color, size, and fabric texture may occur. While we strive to provide accurate information, actual colors, sizes, and fabric appearance may differ slightly. Requests for replacements due to these minor variations will incur additional charges, and returns based solely on color, size, or fabric differences will not be accepted.
Exchange Procedure:
To initiate an exchange, customers must send all the required details following the specified conditions via WhatsApp to 0300.
Once the exchange request is approved, our team will initiate the exchange process. A new exchange parcel will be dispatched from our office to the customer's address. Typically, the delivery of the exchange parcel takes approximately 3-5 days. Our designated rider will deliver the new exchange parcel directly to the customer's doorstep. Upon delivery, the rider will collect the old parcel from the customer. If applicable, the customer will be required to pay the exchange charges as mentioned in the conditions. Once the exchange process is complete, the customer will receive the new exchange parcel in place of the returned item.

Return Procedure:
Upon approval of the return request, the customer must send the parcel back to our office address. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned item(s). The refund amount will be transferred to the customer via bank transfer, Easy paisa, or Jazz cash.
